Originally beginning from New Zealand, a move to London in the year 2000 was the moment that Grant's real estate journey began - one that now culminates as a lifestyle property specialist and partner in Homes and Acreage Real Estate. Immediately after arriving he sharpened his skills servicing the high-end home and apartment market across London's most prestigious postcodes.
In 2008 a unique opportunity to expand into sales made Grant's return to Australia a sure success, settling in Melbourne for the next four years as the company's general manager before using his considerable business abilities to create his own trades-based company that still continues to restore some of Melbourne's finest period residences today.
It's this combination of determination and commitment that informs his passionate and extremely professional approach to real estate. And as an accomplished negotiator, Grant's people-first focus always ensures the best results: "A huge work ethic for my client has always been at the forefront of successful outcomes."
Amongst Grant's experience renovating and rebuilding seven homes along the way - a side hobby to which he credits his insider's knowledge of the building industry - he finds time for more traditional types of relaxation in skiing both on the water and snow while, as a New Zealander, his enduring passion for Rugby Union now has to makes space for the AFL.
